At Ortofon, we are committed to providing high-fidelity audio excellence, but if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy for items in original condition. Please ensure all high-precision components and packaging remain intact to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack the product in its original Ortofon packaging, including all protective styli guards, manuals, and accessories to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Product

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking number.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technical team verifies the condition of the hardware, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
